This project is a community partnership project between Habitat for Humanity of Kitsap County, the City of Poulsbo, and the Kitsap Building Association. It is a collaboration to build a new caretaker residence at Raab Park. This is not a traditional Habitat homeownership build as the City of Poulsbo will own the home, and it will serve as an affordable rental for the park’s caretaker. Habitat is serving as the General Contractor on the project.

Habitat for Humanity cares about housing solutions in the Kitsap County community. In this case, we’re bringing our construction and volunteer coordination expertise to a partnership project that expands housing options in a creative way, while members of the Kitsap Building Association also show their support and expertise by donating their labor.
